Matchy Matchy is a word-matching game where players attempt to match answers with other players or pre-set answers. The Service includes:
- Daily challenges with leaderboard rankings
- Public games with random players
- Private games with friends via shareable links
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate information during registration
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Use offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate language
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Create multiple accounts to manipulate rankings
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts
- Attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

⚠️ Important: Use of profanity, offensive language, or inappropriate content will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure. This includes usernames and any submitted answers.
5. Content Moderation
We employ automated profanity filters and may review user-generated content. We reserve the right to:
- Remove or modify any content that violates these terms
- Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
- Report illegal activity to appropriate authorities
6. Leaderboards and Rankings
Weekly leaderboards reset every Monday at midnight (Dublin time). We reserve the right to:
- Remove scores obtained through cheating or exploitation
- Adjust scoring systems at any time
- Disqualify users who violate fair play policies
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Matchy Matchy. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Accuracy of game results or rankings
- Availability of specific features
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matchy Matchy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
